About

Two companies, one thesis

AI Labs exists because the gap between what AI can do and what organisations actually run on has never been wider. We close that gap the only way it closes: by building products, implementing systems inside real operations, and training the people who run them.

We are the build-and-implement half of a two-company family. Our sister company, Experrt, is a training academy for applied AI, technology and robotics. The split is deliberate: building systems and building capability in people are different disciplines, and each deserves a company that takes it seriously. Together they cover the whole journey, from the first prototype to a team that runs it without us.

The products in our portfolio, from agentic HR platforms to compensation intelligence to giving systems for faith communities, are businesses we built and operate or built for others. They keep us honest: every architectural opinion on this site has been paid for in production.

We work with enterprises and SMEs across the UK, Europe and the Gulf, founded and led by Antonio G.

What we believe

Production or it does not count

A model in a slide is a claim. A system running someone's payroll, giving, or inspection line is a fact. We optimise for facts.

Control is a feature

Approval gates, execution logs and audit trails are in our first sketch of any agentic system, because they are what make AI deployable, not what slow it down.

Own the workflow, rent the intelligence

Models commoditise; the encoding of how your business works does not. We build the durable layer and keep the model swappable underneath.

The team is the deliverable

Capability that leaves when the consultants leave was never capability. Every engagement ends with your people trained to run what we built.
